Insurance Business reveals Hot List for 2023

Insurers continued to make positive steps on digital transformation journeys but hiked up premiums to deal with a flood of deluge induced claims. There were also supply chain issues caused by the Ukrainian conflict and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the back of this, many brokers are embracing the increasingly important role of risk management as part of their job description. Underwriters have kept up that ability to jump into the breach left by insurers and offer capacity for specialist sectors.

It’s an exciting time to be in the insurance industry!
